Terms of Service

VPNYG provides network acceleration subscriptions for cross-border access, with coverage in 120+ countries and 220+ routes. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Get clients and subscriptions through the user panel. Refer to the panel for route listings, connection methods, and client compatibility.

The service provides network connectivity and does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites or apps. Third-party services have their own regional, account, and usage rules. A VPNYG subscription does not grant permission to access them or guarantee that any specific content will always be available.

No email address is required; create an account with a username and password. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure. Do not publish subscription links, rent out accounts, resell the service, or share accounts or subscriptions with others. If credentials are exposed or unusual activity occurs, change your password and request assistance through a ticket.

Unlimited devices means there is no limit on the number of devices using an account; it does not mean unlimited data. Data usage across devices is combined under the account plan. The number of devices does not change the rules requiring personal use and prohibiting sharing.

Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB; they remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Users must comply with the laws and regulations where they are located and in the regions involved in their use of the service, and ensure their activities have a lawful basis. The service must not be used for fraud, infringement, illegal transactions, distributing unlawful content, unauthorized system access, network attacks, or malicious traffic activity.

Do not disrupt the service, misuse its interfaces, or interfere with other users' normal use. Users are responsible for activity under their accounts. Network acceleration services do not replace the need to assess the content accessed, data permissions, or compliance of business activities.

Connection quality depends on local networks, carriers, international links, client settings, and the destination service. Maintenance, upstream outages, or events beyond our control may result in route changes, interruptions, or access issues. VPNYG will investigate and restore service where feasible, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service, specific speeds, or availability of third-party platforms.

If an issue occurs, save the error message and report it through a ticket. Do not submit your password or complete subscription details. VPNYG handles service usage information under an anonymous, no-logs policy. See the Privacy Policy for details. Liability is determined under applicable law and based on the circumstances; these terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 14 days of your first payment. Sign in to the panel and submit a request through a ticket, including the relevant order details so the payment and refund can be verified. No reason is required.

Do not submit payment passwords or other account credentials during the request process. Updates on refund processing will be provided through the ticket. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider, and these terms do not guarantee a specific arrival time. For requests outside the scope above, submit a ticket with the details; they will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

For illegal use, resale or sharing, malicious attacks, or repeated disruption of the service, VPNYG may suspend the relevant connections or terminate account access based on the risk involved. Any action will be limited to what is necessary. If you have concerns, you may request a review through a ticket. Account actions do not automatically rule out refunds that may be required by law.

Changes to these terms will be published on this page along with an updated date. Important changes affecting billing or user rights will be announced through the panel. New rules will not retroactively change the agreed rights for orders already placed. If you have questions about a change or cannot accept it, you may stop using the service and contact us through a ticket.
